Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles

The Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles was created in 2003 by Her Majesty Queen Sirikit after requesting permission to take a vacant building on the grounds at the Grand Palace in Bangkok. This was converted into a new museum of textiles in Thailand. The museum is an excellent visit if you are looking for museums in Thailand and the fabric museum is an excellent museum of choice.

The Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles is a short taxi ride from the MRT Silom Station or the BTS Sala Daeng Station in the direction of the well known Thammasat University in Bangkok.
