MRT Sam Yan Station

The MRT Sam Yan Station does not offer much for the tourist as it is mainly used by students attending  the local university. There are also many small mom and pop shops and stores in the area if you just want to walk around for the day in the area. If you are looking for something for a tourist then the MRT Silom Station and also the BTS Asok Station or the BTS Sala Daeng Station would have something to offer you.

If you are looking for temples then you can get off here to visit the Wat Hua Lamphong temple which is one of the oldest temples in Thailand as it was built in 1782.
